The Waveney Springs Art Collective was formed in 2008 so that artists and makers living and working in approximately 10 miles of Diss could come together to share ideas, give workshops and exhibit as a group. Our name is derived from the fact that we bridge the Norfolk/Suffolk boundary from both sides of the Upper Waveney valley.
