The Waveney Springs Art Collective is a group of artists and makers living and working in an approximately 10 mile radius of Diss. Newly formed in 2008, Waveney Springs hopes to bridge the Norfolk/Suffolk boundary by including artists from both sides of the Upper Waveney Valley.
